When you share personal and health information with me you are trusting me with something sensitive and I do not take that lightly. I collect only what I genuinely need to provide you with the best possible care. Nothing more.
The information you share is used for one purpose only. To build a nutrition plan that works for you, communicate about your appointments and meet any legal requirements I am obligated to follow.
I will never share your information with anyone outside of our work together without your explicit consent. Your story stays between us.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Life happens and I completely understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session I simply ask that you send me an email at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives me the opportunity to support another woman who is waiting and keeps things running smoothly for everyone.
If something unexpected comes up please just reach out. I am always happy to have a conversation.
