One of my clients once said something to me that I have never forgotten.
"I used to stand in front of the mirror before every wedding and think, what are the aunties going to say when they see me?"
The sad truth is, the aunties were always going to talk. And yet here was a woman with an academic record most people only dream of. A career in management consulting at one of the top firms in the world.
But the moment she walked into a wedding hall full of family, none of that was seen.
What they saw was her body. What nobody in that room knew and what she couldn't bring herself to say out loud was that she had been struggling with PCOS, energy challenges, and years of trying to figure out why nothing seemed to work.
She had tried everything. Including eating one meal a day. She wasn't lacking discipline. She was one of the most disciplined people I knew.
The problem was she had been taught to push harder when what her body needed was a different approach.
When I explained that women's health requires alignment, not more intensity and that nutrition needed to work with her body and her life instead of against it, she went quiet.
Then she looked at me and said: "Why did no one ever tell me this before?"
That question is why I do this work.
For every high-performing career woman who is carrying something invisible. Who has been told to try harder, restrict more, and push through exhaustion.
You don't need another extreme plan. You need a strategy that aligns with your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. You deserve nutrition coaching built for you.
